JumpAbroad.com is a personal project created by Sebastián Jiménez — Psychologist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and International Recruiter. With years of experience connecting people with global opportunities, I launched this platform to make it easier for others to take the leap and start a new life working abroad.
Through my collaboration with Cross Border Talents, I help recruit and relocate multilingual professionals and motivated individuals across Europe’s most dynamic cities — from Lisbon to Athens, from Amsterdam to Berlin.
But Jump Abroad is not just for professionals with years of experience. It’s also for people who are just getting started — those with curiosity, an open mind, and the courage to explore. Many of the jobs we share are entry-level, offer full relocation support, and don’t require previous experience.

No experience? No problem! Most of the roles we share don’t require previous experience — just motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you’re open to new adventures, you’re already halfway there.
You’ll need a valid EU passport or a work permit for the country where you want to work. Unfortunately, we can’t offer visa sponsorship at this time.
